Fun for my 3 year old son

My 3 year old loves his little Hot Wheels cars so I thought hed like this game. Its simple yet entertaining for him; he likes to choose his car and then likes to pop the balloons at the end (as well as enjoying the game in between!).
My one complaint is that there is not an option to have no background music- there is a music button but it seems to just offer different background music choices. The background music gets very annoying to me quickly. Also, its a lot of stimuli during the game; the sounds from the cars should be enough sound effect during the race without the addition of background music.
